Timer, offer expiry & plan tracking questions

What does the 15-minute timer on the application submitted screen mean?
After you submit, a 15-minute countdown shows how long the discounted application assistance pricing stays reserved for your submission. It is a pricing window only — it never affects your loan eligibility request, which stays active regardless of the timer.
What happens when the offer expires at 00:00?
When the countdown reaches 00:00 the assistance plans move to an expired state and the discounted checkout buttons are disabled. Your submitted application is unaffected, and you can still request assistance later at standard pricing.
How is my selected assistance plan tracked?
Each plan selection is recorded against your Lead ID with the plan name, price, and timestamp. When payment is confirmed by PayPal, the record is automatically updated to completed so support can see your plan without you sending a receipt.
How long does review take after submission?
Standard review and follow-up typically takes 48 to 72 hours. FinanceScore AI is not a lender and does not guarantee approval; eligibility and terms are decided by third-party providers.
